Nicole L. Goodson is an attorney practicing special education law and special needs estate planning in Indianapolis, Indiana.
She graduated from the University of Michigan Law School with a J.D. in 2004, and from Michigan State University with a B.A. in English in 2001. In addition to representing her clients, Ms. Goodson presents educational seminars on the topics of special education law and estate planning throughout the state of Indiana. By discussing both of these areas with parents of special needs children, she can help assure parents that they have done all they can to provide for their child’s future.
Ms. Goodson is also a staff attorney with Disability Legal Services of Indiana, Inc., and has served as a CASA volunteer with Child Advocates, a local agency dedicated to representing abused and neglected children in the court system. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, and is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the Northern and Southern Indiana Districts of the United States District Court.
